Return Policy

Standard Return Criteria 

Returns are generally accepted for most new, unused, and uninstalled items will all components and complete original packaging. However, please see the list below of excluded items that cannot be returned.

Returned items must have prior authorization from our Returns Department.

How long do I have to return an item?  

30 days in general. However, if you have an issue after that point, please give us a call. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with both our products and our customer service.

Do you charge restocking fees?  

No, we do not charge any restocking fees.  

When will GHU pay the return-shipping fees? 

We will pay the return shipping fees if the item was defective, or we sent you the wrong product from what you ordered. However, in general, unless we goofed, return-shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What Items are non-returnable?

We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on the following items:

Airguns, Ammunition, Barrels/Choke Tubes, Batteries, Hearing Protection, Mace, Magazines, Scopes, Tasers, Upper Receivers/Conversion Kits.

Steps to Return an Item

1. Contact Gun Holsters Unlimited for a Return Authorization Number via 800-418-7230 or help@gunholstersunlimited.com. You must have a Return Authorization Number in order to return the item. Gun Holsters Unlimited will then provide you with the Return Authorization Number, the address to send the return to and a shipping label.

2. Before shipping, please repackage the item making sure to clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

I have sent back my returned item. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.

What if my firearm does not fit into the holster I ordered?

a. When We Cover Shipping & Return-Shipping Costs:

If the holster description on our site specifically states that the holster will fit a specific type of firearm, and it does not, then we will cover the shipping and return-shipping charges.

b. When You Cover Shipping & Return-Shipping Costs:

If the holster description is vague (such as "Large Nylon Holster"), and it does not fit your firearm, we will still accept the return provided you meet the standard return criteria listed above. However, you will be responsible for the shipping and return-shipping costs. We're sorry, but we would be out of business if we had to cover the shipping and return-shipping costs for everyone who ordered a "generic" holster that didn't end up fitting their firearm.

*** For best results and to be 100% sure that a holster will fit your firearm, we advise our customers to order holsters that specifically state which firearms they correspond with.

Can I Make An Exchange?

Gun Holsters Unlimited does not process traditional exchanges. Instead, you may simply return your items and place a new order, reducing your wait time.
